The photo shows the narrow leaves of Cornus obliqua. However, the flower photo shows Cornus racemosa. I was not able to find a photo of the flowers of Cornus obliqua. Dan Teglia says that the flowers of obliqua are similar to racemosa, except the inflorescence of obliqua is flattish, not domed.
