Documents with resident information, such as Medford Leas Life, are kept in a private, password-protected directory. Unless a resident has given permission, only the first name and last initial is used in the public areas of the MLRA website, such as the photo albums, the videos, and committee information. The MLRA search engine, above, does access the private directory. Google and other public search engines do not. Individuals without the username and password are not able to follow the link from the search result to Medford Leas Life or to other documents in the private directory.

Accessing the Private Directory
