On a picture perfect Spring day five ML Birders and a guest visited Mercer County Parks Abbott Marshlands (formerly Trenton-Hamilton Marsh), just east of Trenton, NJ. We were probably just a little early for the Spring Warblers but did see Palm Warbler, and several Yellow-rumped Warblers, in breeding plumage. We saw 30 species overall and ended our outing with a nice lunch at Mastori’s Diner.

Participants: Marie Gleason, Robert Koch, Carol Neil, Louise Tompkins, Ro Wilson. Guest: Mike Zickler.
